How are the products made?
Our all products are handcrafted in India by skilled local artisans with love. Every purchase contributes to Women Empowerment.
Are these toys safe for babies?
As with all children’s products, adult supervision is required. Products that contain small parts may pose a choking hazard and should not be used by children under 3.
What kind of yarns are used in your products?
Depending on the toy, we use 100% cotton yarn or acrylic yarns. Please check the product description for certain toys. All our yarns are Oeko-Tex certified.
How can I care for the wood in rattles?
Wash in warm water and dry thoroughly. Do not use chemical solutions, sprays or essential oils. Do not store in direct sunlight as this can cause damage to the product.
Can the Toys be Machine Washed?
We recommend to gently Hand Wash your toys using soft liquid detergents. For Keeping the Softness intact, you may use Fabric Conditioners.
Which countries Litl Meu India ship to?
We offer delivery services across India, except for a few pin codes where serviceability may not be possible. Currently, we do not provide international shipping but stay tuned as we have plans to expand our reach globally soon.
Can I request a customized product?
Absolutely! We’d be delighted to create a custom crochet piece uniquely handcrafted to your requirements. Custom orders typically take 4-8 weeks to complete and deliver. Please fill out the custom order form, and we’ll get in touch with you to discuss the details.
With which parcel service are the orders sent?
We use Shiprocket to ship our orders, leveraging multiple shipping companies available on their platform to ensure efficient delivery. For international shipments, we exclusively use FedEx for reliable service.
When will I receive my order?
If your order is being delivered within India, it typically takes 5-7 days. For international orders, delivery may take 10-15 days.
The item I want is out of stock. How can I order?
You can pre-order any out-of-stock item directly from the product page by selecting the pre-order option.

I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?
If it has been more than 10 days since you placed your order, please contact us so we can investigate the issue promptly
What can I do if my order is damaged?
All our products are rigorously checked. If you find a defect in your product, please contact us. We will try to check the issue as soon as possible.
How can I return my order?
If your order does not fit or shows defects, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. You bear the costs for the return.
Once we have received your return, it will first be checked. As soon as the return has been checked and accepted, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days to the payment method originally used.
